General Shipping Information
First Class Nutritionals accepts orders from Australian Customers.
Shipping Costs are displayed under your Shopping Cart information
box when there is an item to purchase in your Shopping Cart. When there is 0 items in your
Shopping Cart there is no shipping costs to calculate and therefore the Shipping Costs
information box is not displayed. The shipping costs are fixed at $10.00 for all orders and
shipped out using either Australia Post or a courier service to your shipping address.
Availability refers to the amount of time needed before First Class Nutritionals can
ship your order out. The Availability for a product is displayed for each product
First Class Nutritionals sells. Orders are usually shipped within the Availability period using
Australia Post or a Courier service, however, there are times when this is not possible.
For example, when a product is on back order and a supplier is out of stock. In this case,
orders are not shipped until more stock is available. There are also many times when orders are
shipped early, such as when First Class Nutritionals has stock of all the items in your shopping cart.
In this case orders are shipped either the same day or the next business day. Once an order has been
passed onto a carrier service, the Customer fully accepts responsibility for any orders lost,
stolen or damaged. First Class Nutritionals will, when possible, keep receipts and tracking numbers to
help you locate any orders that have been lost or stolen. Usana will generally replace an damaged,
at its discretion.
First Class Nutritionals also offers store pickup, where either you, or a Courier sent by you, can pick up

First Class Nutritionals has a 100%, unconditional, 30-day, money-back guarantee for all Customers. If for
any reason you are dissatisfied with any USANA product, you can return the product to First Class Nutritionals
from which the product was purchased within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a replacement,
exchange, or full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, which are not refundable.
A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained first, before shipping the product back to First Class Nutritionals,
by contacting a First Class Nutritionals staff member first. The RA number should be clearly displayed and
visible on the product returned, otherwise the return will not be accepted. The Customer is also responsible
for the transportation costs involved in returning the product to us. USANA will not accept returned merchandise
directly from First Class Nutritionals Customers. They must be returned to us. Please include the original USANA
sales receipt with your return, otherwise, we will not be able to process your return.
Returns Other Then Guarantee
Returns for reasons such as incorrect orders, changing your mind and so on, can only be accepted for
products that are in their original unopened and undamaged packaging. A Return Authorisation (RA) number
must be obtained first, before shipping the product back to First Class Nutritionals, by contacting a First Class Nutritionals staff member first. The RA number should be clearly displayed and visible on the product
returned, otherwise the return will not be accepted. The Customer shall pay all shipping and transportation
charges with relation to the return of any product back to First Class Nutritionals. A restocking fee of 15% will
be deducted from any money refunded after a product is returned. This fee is charged to First Class Nutritionals
by it's suppliers and is therefore passed onto the customer. When a Customer uses a Credit card to make a
purchase, a refund will be via the same Credit Card used to make the purchase. All other refunds paid will
be made with a cheque drawn from an Australian Bank. Any additional charges and fees that your bank or
institution may charge you will be born by you the Customer.
